All information and images held on the Low Port Music website are copyright to Low Port Music and cannot be published, copied, published or adapted in any form without the written consent of us. The copyright and ownership of any artwork remains the property of the individual artists.

All orders placed via the Low Port Music website will be subject to our Terms and Conditions. You must agree to abide by these before placing any order.

These Terms and Conditions may be changed and updated from time to time. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they are aware of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

Confirmation of acceptance of your order will be sent once payment has been taken.

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of our team.

All reasonable efforts have been made by us to describe and photograph items as accurately as possible. However, conditions are subjective and occasionally there may be some slight discrepancies.  We will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from any reliance upon the use or any dealings with any of the information contained in this website. All sizes etc. are approximate and not exact.

We reserve the right to have different prices in store and online. All products are new unless stated. Please note not all new products are sealed from the manufacturer.

The price for the items you have ordered will be the price quoted on the website at the date the order is received by us.

Payments will be taken in Pounds Sterling.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT. 

The prices shown include standard delivery within the UK. Please e-mail us at  info@lowportmusic.co.uk  if you need to confirm the delivery charge outside of the UK.

Payments made must be made by Debit/Credit Card or PayPal. When entering card details, you must either be the cardholder or have the cardholder’s authorisation for use. Checks to ensure correct usage of cards may be made from time to time either by us or the card issuer. Should a card payment not be authorised, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately. When you place your order, our secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.  

Despatch will be made as soon as possible after the order has been confirmed. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order, you will be notified and your payment refunded.  

We will not be responsible for any delays with the delivery of your order once it is with the carriers.

Any damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt either by e-mail on  info@lowportmusic.co.uk  or by telephone on 07772811338. If any damaged/missing items are unable to be replaced, a refund will be raised against the card used to make the original purchase.  Missing items will only be refunded if sent via Recorded Delivery. We will not be liable if notification of damage is not made within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds will only be made under the following conditions:

It has been authorised by us. Returns are received back within 28 days from the point of order. Items are returned in full.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure all of the information and pricing is correct, if we discover any errors on your order, we will notify you at which point you will able to re-confirm or cancel your order.
